Meet the Chief Revenue Officer

A results driven sports executive. John Preschlack has over twenty years of experience in building strategic sports marketing solutions with key decision makers. John began his sports industry career in 1993 with Golf Magazine as an Account Manager in Chicago. After a stint in a similar business capacity at Sports Illustrated, John returned to Golf Magazine in 1996 to lead the Midwest office. During the subsequent nineteen years, John led high performing sales teams in twenty states as the Midwest Advertising Director for Golf Magazine, Golf.com and SI Golf Plus – The Sports Illustrated Golf Group.

His reputation for anticipating his client’s needs, generating ideas, building relationships and executing showcase programs, has resulted in an unparalleled network in the golf industry. Since 2006, John has served as a Panelist to determine the Golf Magazine “Top 100 Courses in the World.” John achieved his personal goal of playing each of the Top 100 Courses in the United States. As he builds programs for the clients of Greenside Connections, he will do so firmly believing that in business, as in golf, who you play with matters above all else.
